Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day. Deliveries within Dhaka typically arrive in 1-2 business days. For addresses outside the capital region, please allow 3-5 business days for our courier partners to securely deliver your brewing equipment.
Yes. For premium prosumer espresso machines and high-end grinders purchased from BrightOffers Coffee Lab, we provide detailed digital setup guides. We also invite local customers to our Dhanmondi location for a brief walkthrough of their new machine upon collection.
Unused brewing accessories in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened coffee filters, brewers, and cleaning supplies are final sale. Please reach out via email to initiate a return request.
